Items that don't meet our criteria and any unsold items will be donated and not returned to you.

• Original retail prices less than $50
• Current resale value less than $10
• Items that aren't clothing, shoes, or accessories
• Significantly stained, damaged, torn, dirty or odorous items
• Items with no brand or size label
• Items that have been altered
• Swimsuits and undergarments that aren't new with tags
• Counterfeits
• All brands sold at Walmart, Target, Ross, or other discount stores other low end brands (see link below)

Our expert pricers price based on current market demand with the help of an automated tool that scans resale sites for comparable items sold.
